Actor Avinash Mishra has won Season 15 of the Indian stunt-reality series Khatron Ke Khiladi, finishing ahead of Rithvik Dhanjani and Orhan “Orry” Awatramani in the finale broadcast October 4.

Mishra completed the final challenge in the fastest time and received the season trophy, ₹20 lakh in prize money, a Maruti Suzuki Swift and a trip to Europe, according to reports from Outlook India, NDTV and ET Now. Dhanjani finished as the first runner-up, with Orry in third place.

A finale built around water and speed

The final challenge required contestants to jump from a helicopter, ride a personal watercraft and swim to the endpoint. Mishra had secured his place in the final round by beating Karan Wahi in an underwater stunt. Farrhana Bhatt and Wahi were also among the five finalists.

Hosted by filmmaker and action director Rohit Shetty, the season used a “Champions vs Challengers” format that mixed returning participants with newcomers. Production took place in Cape Town, and the finale aired on Colors TV with streaming through JioHotstar.

Mishra’s first major trophy

The result marks a milestone in Mishra’s roughly decade-long television career. He began acting with Sethji and later appeared in shows including Yeh Teri Galiyan, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, Nath – Zewar Ya Zanjeer and Titli. He also competed on Bigg Boss 18.

In comments reported after the finale, Mishra described the win as the first trophy of his career and emphasized persistence after previous nominations and reality-show appearances. The result was confirmed after the episode aired; earlier social-media speculation about the winner was not treated as confirmation.
