The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on September 24, 2026, that ZCK01 is recalling about 48,405 Kesyup mattresses because they fail the federal mattress flammability standard. The agency says the defect poses a risk of serious injury or death in a fire. It reported no incidents or injuries at the time of the announcement.
Which mattresses are included?
The recall covers 12-inch-thick Kesyup mattresses in twin, full, queen and king sizes. The agency describes a white top, blue sides and blue trim. A sewn-in white label on one side carries the text “Prototype ID: <PU-US>.” These mattresses were sold in compressed boxes through Amazon.com from December 2024 through April 2026 for $100 to $200.
Brand, appearance and the label matter: the announcement does not say that every blue-and-white mattress or every mattress sold by Amazon is affected. Consumers should compare their own product with the official recall page, which includes photographs. The CPSC identifies the manufacturer as S-Q Business (HK) Limited, doing business as ZCK01.
What owners should do
The CPSC tells owners to stop using a recalled mattress immediately and contact ZCK01 for a full refund. Its instructions say the claimant will be asked to write “Recalled,” their name and the date in permanent marker on the top surface, email a photograph to the company, and then dispose of the mattress under local or state procedures. Read the official steps before marking or disposing of a product so the documentation needed for a refund is preserved.
The absence of reported injuries does not change the agency’s stop-use advice. This is a flammability compliance recall, not a report that a particular mattress has caught fire. For another recent consumer-product safety action, see our report on the Blue Cactus recliner battery-pack recall.
